Stargazing.
OHMYFUCKINGGOD.
Ok, I know I haven't written in here in AGES, but this is just MIND-BLOWING.
Well, it is for me anyway. Because I'm a massive nerd.
So, I'm lying in bed, right? And I look out the window, and I see three stars in a perfect diagonal and first I go 'hey, stars! WTF? This is new, London always has a ridiculous amount of cloud cover!' Then it hits me. 'OH my god, is that ORION'S BELT?!?!'
So I leap out of bed and cajj get out my planisphere (as you do), and I start stargazing properly. (Well, as properly as you can without a telescope).
ORION. GEMINI. LEO. AURIGA. ERIDANUS.
Think that's all? Oh, no.
BETELGEUSE AND SIRIUS. F
DEATHLY HALLOWS!
OH. MY. GAAAAAAHD.
I went to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 1 today. It was AMAZING. I laughed, I cried (a lot. With Mary), I wore a COSTUME. I was Hermione :D
I was so worried it would be a let down, after five and six, but it was INCREDIBLE. I went with twelve of my friends which was just insane and so good, because I was watching a movie I was SO excited about with the people I love most (not all of them, my two best friends had school today. Teeheehee.) AND I'M GOING TO SEE IT AGAIN TOMORROW! :D
Did I mention how awesome my costume was? I have a TIME TURNER. Ordered it off Amazon :D Legit Hermione stuff, there!

Well, I haven't updated in a while! Wow...Ok, so here goes.
First of all- I HAVE NEW GLASSES! Yay! I can see through them. Which is weird. Because I'm not used to being able to see so clearly! They are SO. STRONG. Which is good. They don't look /terrible/. If you have Facebook, I put up a photo just now...if not....I may put up a photo here later....I may not....;)
Parents' evening summed up:
Maths: 'She's great at maths but she's gotta learn to set out her work neatly!'
